We’re just discovering two new Maile faces…
Perhaps not surprising they often come one after the other…

A little song to start your week off with a smile. I asked mommy and daddy to take care of the lead vocals. I’m playing the twinkle…

Maile wanted to wish everyone a Happy St. Patty’s Day so mommy dressed her up in her best green outfit…
When Maile got home from Hannah’s she even brought us a St. Patty’s Day gift that she worked on with Megan. We decided to head outside for some pictures (the weather was amazing today!)

Daddy has been hard at work the past couple of weeks. I asked mommy what he was up to and she told me that his business builds a tool called BracketBrains that helps people fill out their March Madness brackets. Then I asked her what a “March Madness bracket” was and she said that even better then telling me was to show me. So she gave me a blue marker and then showed me a piece of paper with a lot of lines and words. We then worked on “filling” out my bracket. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out – I’ll share my picks with you here in case you need help with your own brackets!
Dad note: Okay, here is my interpretation of Maile’s bracket:
– She thinks the bottom half of the Midwest region is going to be a battle: Oklahoma St, Georgia Tech and Ohio State are all tough teams. She ultimately sees Ohio State surviving.
– She thinks Vanderbilt is overseeded at #4 and will go out to Butler in the Second Round.
– She really likes New Mexico to make it to the Elite Eight.
– She also likes Duke to survive the South region (really no bias, she made the mark herself!)
– Her Final Four? Ohio State, Kansas St, Kentucky and Duke. She has Duke playing Kansas St in the Championship and Duke winning it all!
