On Sunday, we went with some of Maile and Lauren’s classmates to the Pumpkin Patch at Nicasio Valley Farms. The girls had a lot of fun running around with their friends – and we brought home some killer pumpkins that we are looking forward to carving this upcoming weekend!
So. Many. Pumpkins.
How about this one?
Heavy.

Lauren and Elena
Just something about this picture that I really love – Lauren and her best friend, Elena.
Have a great weekend!
Look who is learning some rhythm…

Our normal nanny, Kelly, was off last week, so we had one of our regular babysitters, Brooke, watch Lauren and Elena all week. Brooke is all a professional photographer so we received an excellent set of photos of Lauren and Elena living it up all week. Definitely captures life as a two year old. Looks pretty good if you ask me!

The past couple of days have been absolutely amazing weather-wise – mid-80s! Never gets like that in San Francisco. Lauren LOVES being outside – first thing in the morning yesterday, she grabbed her jacket, whined until I put it on, then went over to her stroller and the door and started whining for me to take her out. When Elena arrived, Millie obliged and took the girls to the park (this is a big deal because normally they sleep first thing and then go about their day).
Life. Is. Good.
Don’t worry, they caught up on their sleep though after all the excitement…
Too good.
Millie (our nanny) sent this great picture of Lauren and Elena playing with their new favorite toy today. They absolutely love this box we got at Costco. It is indeed their not a box.
Oh the joys of playing with a box!
Lauren here. I have a confession to make. We were in Hawaii for so long, that I forgot what home was like. And I definitely forgot about my best buddy, Elena.
Here’s us on our first day back together:
Who are you? What are you doing here? Ahhhhhhhhhh!
And here we are today:
And we're friends. Again.
All is well again 🙂
